We hope that new and existing patients will find this website helpful. We welcome any comments and suggestions you may have.

The Health Centre is open from 8.30am-6.30pm Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Phonelines are open from 8.00am-6.30pm Monday-Friday.

The appointments line is open from 8.30am.

Appointments are offered:
9am-7.30pm on Mondays,
7.30am-8am and 9am-6.30pm on Wednesdays,
9am-6.30pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday,
and one Saturday morning a month.

We also provide some mid-week telephone consultations between 6.30pm and 7pm.

When the main health centre doors are closed, access is provided via an intercom system at the main doors.

Our next Saturday surgery will take place on 16th July.

Please note that Saturday appointments are booked in advance.

The phone lines are often very busy first thing in the morning – we would appreciate it if you did not ring at this time for issues other than appointment-booking.

How to order repeat prescriptions

If you need to order a prescription from us, you can do so in the following ways:

  1. Order in person at our reception desk.
  2. Order on paper – you can either use the right-hand side of your previous prescription (which lists all of your repeat medication from which you can choose those you wish to order) or use a prescription order sheet available at the front desk, then put your request in our repeat prescription box in our waiting area.
  3. You can register to order repeat prescriptions online. This service will also allow you to book appointments online. For more information on registering for this service, please click here to see information about out Online Services.

Please note that we can only issue a medication request if you have previously been issued that medication by us, and you have had it recently.

Please allow 48 hours for a prescription to be processed and ready for collection.

Online Repeat Prescriptions

You can order repeat prescriptions online. This service also allows you to book appointments online. In order to use this service you will need to register. You can find out more about the registration process and requirements here

If you would like a same-day appointment, it is advisable that you ring up first thing in the morning in order to book it. Please note that all requests for same day appointments will require a call back from a GP, who will book an appointment if necessary.
