by calling into the health centre and dropping your request into the prescription box
by phoning 0117 951 0038 after 11 am Monday to Friday.
by posting your request to us at the health centre - please provide stamped addressed envelopes for us to post back your prescription
by using our online repeat prescription system*

We aim to process your prescription promptly, but please allow 48 hours from requesting to collecting it.

If you find it difficult to order and collect your prescription, many local pharmacies offer a collection and delivery service. You should contact your local pharmacy to arrange this service.
